The check-in and check-out system was automated and efficient. The TV set in the guestroom was excellent. You can watch even BS programs. The WiFi connectivity was also good.

There is a good standard to providing service and everything I needed for a good night's rest was provided. Breakfast was adequate and there are many food options near the hotel. There is also a good sized supermarket just round the corner.

Everything was good. Nice room with sensible amenities. Good breakfast. Efficient, helpful staff. There’s a supermarket around the corner - very convenient. I would like to stay here again when I return to Otsu.

Polite and friendly customer service by the receptionists. The daily breakfast was different each day. Easy to use coin washing machine.
